A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI'
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 46 UNIT
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PARK DRIVE, IMMEDIATELY ACROSS FROM THE EXTENSION
