HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-09-08; Planning Commission; Resolution 2015f r /I m e 1 2 3 4 5 6 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2015 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI' OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOP 13 INDUSTRIAL LOTS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL NORTH ( PALMER WAY APPLICANT: INTERAMERICAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY CASE NO.: CT 81-45(A)/PUD-34(A) 7 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain prope wit: 8 10, 1981. 9 Parcel 1, as shown on parcel map filed at page 11 parcel maps in the office of the County Recorder, 10 Planning Commission; and l1 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to 12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a l3 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 8th 14 as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; an l5 IISeptember, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as pre 16ilby law, to consider said request; and I? !
