Prior to development of this property, a site dlevelopn must be approved by the Planning Commission. At that the City will be able to ensure that the development E for this site does not cause any traffic problems at t intersection of Solamar Drive and Palomar Airport Road that the proposed development will be adequately buff€ the existing mobile home park and from noise emanatin< the AT&SF railroad right-of-way. 15 16 17 18 6) The proposed change of zone is consistent with all otlr elements of the General Plan.
