A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI?
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21, BY THE
AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 21.51, SECTION 21.51.020, TO EXPAND THE AUTHORITY OF THE LAND USE PLANNING MANE
FOR APPROVAL OF CERTAIN VARIANCES.
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: ZCA-I34(A)

14 Commission as follows:
15 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
16 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heal
17 Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZCA-l34(A), accordin? - Exhibit "A", dated September 22, 1982, attached hereto

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planr
