APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: ZCA-143 21e41,030(6) AND 21.4la070(3)(R) TO MODIFY REQUIRE 6 9 law to consider said request; and 8 October, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr 7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 13th WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and lo desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor I' considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per 13 relating to the Zone Code Amendment.
