A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITl

AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PI
MEDIWI AND LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PLANNl

WHEREAS, said verified applications constitute a r

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planr
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:

B) That in view of the findings made and considering the
applicable law, the decision of the Planning Commissic
DENY, without prejudice, GPA-64(B), as shown on Exhibj
