PLANING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2042
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIT
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATIC OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 82-5) FOR A PROJECT GENERALLY INCLUDING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDME
ZONE CHANGE AND SPECIFIC PLAN ON APPROXIMATELY 96
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HIGHWAY 78 JUST EAST
OF HAYMAR DRIVE.
APPLICANT: SOUTHERS
CASE NO.: EIR 82-5
WHEREAS, on October 27, 1982, the Planning CommisE
the City of Carlsbad, held a public hearing on EIR 82-5 pur
the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered th
comments and documents of all those persons testifying at t
public hearings; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR
according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad M
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Con
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Environmental Impact Report, EIR 82-5, will be
to include the comments and documents of those testifyi the public hearing and responses thereto hereby found t
good faith and reason by incorporating a copy of the mi said public hearings into the report.
3. That the Planning Commission finds and determines that Environmental Impact Report, EIR 82-5, has been complet conformance with the California Environmental Quality A
state guidelines implementing said act, and the provisi
Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and that the P1 Commission has reviewed, considered and evaluated the
information contained in the report.
4. That the Environmental Impact Report, EIR 82-5, as so a
