A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAKSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TEN
LOT/SEVEN UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
NEAR THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF
PARK DRIVE AND ADAMS STREET.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper
