APPLICANT : MACDOUGALL CASE NO: CT 82-21/PUD-45 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper wit: That portion of Lot 3, Block F of Bella Vista in C Carlsbad according to Map thereof No. 2152. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to t Planning Commission: WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a r as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 27th October, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr law to consider said request: and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pel desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit Develc NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planr Commission as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. An appropriately worded statement clearly identifying the responsibility shall be placed in the CC&R' s. Prior to the approval of the final map the subdivider provide for the full half width improvement of Park Dr adjacent to the subdivision. The improvement of Park shall be based upon a curb to curb width of 48 feet. approval of the final design of Park Drive the subdivi request the vacation of that portion of existing right adjacent to the subdivision in excess of the standard parkway measured from the face of curb. All other on site water and sewer services shi owned and maintained by the property owners. An appro] worded statement to this effect shall be placed in the R's for this project.
