USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM RESIDENTIAL I AND RESIDENTIAL LOW-MEDIUM (RLM) DENSITIES TO RES: MEDIUM DENSITY (RM) AND NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (I PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF Pi AIRPORT ROAD JUST EAST OF LAUREL TREE LANE.
