PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2031
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE
REPEAL OF SP-7(A) TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST, SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST
CORNERS OF INTERSTATE 5 AND POINSETTIA LANE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper
