A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAI
OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM C-2 TO C-2-(2 ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
INTERSTATE 5 AND POINSETTIA LANE, EAST OF AVENIDA
ENCINAS.
APPLICANT: R.C. JEWETT

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper
wit:

WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as
