ZC-232 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper wit: All of Lot 171 of Carlsbad Tract 73-24 accordinq t' thereof 7996 filed in San Diego, California, Augusl 1974. has been filed with City of Carlsbad, and referred to the P: Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 27th di October, 1982, and on the 10th day of November, 1982, hold i noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider saic request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per: desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor: relating to the Zone Change; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni Commission as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
