A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI'I OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
CONSTRUCTION OF A 10-FOOT FENCE TO THE REAR OF THI
REQUIRED FRONT YARD SETBACK TO ACCOMODATE A BACK 1 TENNIS COURT AT 7701 QUITASOL STREET. APPLICANT: EDWARDS

WHEREAS, A verified application for certain propel

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a 1

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plan:
