A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI'I
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATIC OF SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR E FOR A PROJECT GENERALLY INCLUDING A CHANGE IN PRO; FOR THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT LAND OUTE
LOCATED ALONG THE EXISTING PALOMAR AIRPORT XOAD RIGHT-OF-WAY BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND THE ENCINI: TREATMENT PLANT. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: EIR 82-7
WHEREAS, on November 24, 1982, the Planning CommiE
the City of Carlsbad held a public hearing on EIR 82-7 purs
the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered tk
comments and documents of all those persons testifying at t
hearing: and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Con

1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2. That supplemental Environmental Impact Report EIR 82-7 amended to include the comments and documents of those fying at the public hearing and responses thereto herek to be in good faith and reason by incorporating a copy minutes of said public hearings into the report.
3. That the Planning Commission finds and determines that
