APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: EIR 82-7 WHEREAS, on November 24, 1982, the Planning CommiE the City of Carlsbad held a public hearing on EIR 82-7 purs the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered tk comments and documents of all those persons testifying at t hearing: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the EIR certified by the San Marcos County Water District in 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received sup5 EIR 82-7 according to the requirements of Title 19 of the C Municipal Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Con of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 2. That supplemental Environmental Impact Report EIR 82-7 amended to include the comments and documents of those fying at the public hearing and responses thereto herek to be in good faith and reason by incorporating a copy minutes of said public hearings into the report. 3. That the Planning Commission finds and determines that mental Environmental Impact Report EIR 82-7 has been cc in conformance with the California Environmental Qualit the state guidelines implementing said Act, and the prc of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and that thc Commission has reviewed, considered and evaluated the j tion contained in the report. - .L ." -.- e (I, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 4.
