16 A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
17 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear
18 Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZCA-155, according tc
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF A ZON
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION
SIGNS AND AMENDING TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.20 OF THE
PROVIDE FOR THE REMOVAL OF ILLEGAL SIGNS.
CASE NO. ZCA-155
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 24th (
November, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc:
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per:
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor:
relating to the Zone Code Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannj

1. That the proposed amendment will adequately regulate th
