PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2036
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 82-3, FOR COMMUNITY COM- MERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF INTERSTATE 5 AND
POINSETTIA LANE, EAST OF AVENIDA ENCINAS. APPLICANT: R.C. JEWETT
CASE NO: SDP 82-3
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed wit
City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission;
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a r
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Nunicip
