A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
DENIAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT
OF THE GENERAL PLAN WHICH WOULD ADD A SECONDARY
ARTERIAL CONNECTING MARRON ROAD WITH THE RANCHO
DEL OR0 ARTERIAL IN OCEANSIDE APPROXIMATELY
.75 MILES EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF HIGHWAY 78.
