THIS LOT IS LOCAT THE EXTREME WESTERN END OF THE PLAZA CAMINO REAL F LOT. APPLICANT: HUGHES INVESTMENTS CASE NO.: PP-24(D) 6 7 8 9 32 to 36 inclusive of Hosp Co.'s Tract No. 1 in WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper wit: Lot 29 of Carlsbad Tract 76-18, Map 8956 and Lots Carlsbad, California 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to t Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 8th dz December, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pel desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto] relating to the Precise Plan; and 19 I 20 21 22 Commission as follows: 23 A) That the following recitations are true and correct. 24 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hei 25 the Commission recommends APPROVAL OF PP-24(D), based following findings and subject to the following condi' 26 27 28 inadequate parking for Plaza Camino Real.
