A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIT
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A P
DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT TO DELETE LOT #29 FROM
PLAZA CAMINO REAL PRECISE PLAN. THIS LOT IS LOCAT
THE EXTREME WESTERN END OF THE PLAZA CAMINO REAL F
LOT.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to t
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 8th dz
December, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pel
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto]
relating to the Precise Plan; and

A) That the following recitations are true and correct.

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hei

Findings:

2) That this deletion is consistent with the best comprel
planning for Plaza Camino Real and the subject site.
3) This project will not cause any significant environme~
impacts and a Conditional Negative Declaration has bet
by the Land Use Planning Manager on October 15, 1982 i
approved by the Planning Commission on December 8, 19

1) Approval is granted for PP-24(D), as shown on Exhibit dated November 30, 1982, incorporated by reference an( in the Land Use Planning Office. Development shall o
