APPLICANT: HUGHES INVESTMENTS CASE NO. : SP-187 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain prop wit: Lot 29 of Carlsbad Tract 76-18 according to Map and lots 32 to 36 inclusive of Hosp Co.'s Tract, Carlsbad, California filed August 11, 1978 and J 1908, respectively. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; a WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 8th December, 1982, hold a duly noticed public hearing as pre' law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing an1 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pl desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all fact relating to the Specific Plan: and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Pla: Commission as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
