II PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2060 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF Ab AMENDMENT TO THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE GENEF WHICH WOULD CHANGE THE PROPOSED ALIGNMENT OF LOS ROAD LOCATED EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL AND NORTH OF AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO.: GPA-66(B) WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment General Plan designation for certain property located, as Exhibit "A" , dated December 22, 1982, attached and incorpc herein, has been filed with the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a for amendment as provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Munj Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 22nc December, 1982, hold a duly notice public hearing as presc law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing, a] considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pc desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all fact1 relating to the general plan amendment. I ~ 21 I1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning C' 22 23 24 25 I of the City of Carlsbad, as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. B) That in view of the findings made and considering th applicable law, the decision of the Planning Commiss recommend APPROVAL of GPA-66(B), as shown on Exhibit dated December 22, 1982. 26 I! Findings: 1) The realignment of proposed Los Monos Road will impr and relieve traffic congestion at the intersection o Airport Road and El Camino Real.
