APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING
TITLE 21, SECTION 21.04.065 (DEFINITIONS),
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REDEFINE
"BUILDING HEIGHT. I'
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 8th
December, 1982 and the 12th day of January, 1983, hold a c
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider SE
request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing ani

desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factc
relating to the Zone Code Amendment.
