A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21, SECTION 21.04.065 (DEFINITIONS), OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REDEFINE "BUILDING HEIGHT. I' APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO. : ZCA-150 ~ ~ ." WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 8th December, 1982 and the 12th day of January, 1983, hold a c noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider SE request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing ani 1111 considering all testimony and arguments, if anyl of all PC 12 13 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factc relating to the Zone Code Amendment. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 2 1 , CKAPTER 21.04 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 21.04.065 TO CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF " BUILDING HEIGHT, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californ 6 7 does ordain as follows: That Title 21, Cha-pter 21.04 of the City of Carlsk 8 11 Municipal Code is amended by the amendment Of Section 24-04 9' to read as follows: 10 "21.04.065 Ruildinq €]eight". , The height of a bui shall be measured as follows: la 12 I 1.
