I .L 0 1 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2067 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIT CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A 2 CHANGE FROM COUNTY S-90 TO CITY OF CARLSBAD E-A ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST AND WEST SI EL CAMINO REAL APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE NORTH OF ALG APPLICANT: BONS CASE NO.: ZC-246 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain proper wit: A portion of the south 10 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 12 South, Range 4 west San Bernardino Bas and Meridian 11 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 14 WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as 13 Planning Commissions and 12 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to t 15 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 12th d 16 relating to the Zone Change: and 21 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factor 20 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all per 19 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 18 law to consider said request; and 17 January, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann 23 25 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 24 Commission as follows: B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hea the Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZC-246, based on 26 following findings and subject to the following condit 27 /(// 28 //// j d I) .. m 0 ll 1 ~ I 1 Findings: I ~ 2 4 3 1) 5 6 The E-A Zone isjconsistent with the General Plan desig, of RM and RLM stnce this zone is applied to an area th desires to annex into the City, is not ready to develo is being utilized for agricultural purposes.
