WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a 1

reclaimed water and is doing a master plan for tlne use
reclaimed water. In order to insure an adequate water for the city and this development, it may be neces-
sary for the applicant to use Type I reclaimed water i

Palomar Airport Road shall be improved by the develope]
