PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2075
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE
TO ALLOW TWO ABOVE GRADE DECKS TO BE BUILT TO THE
REAR PROPERTY LINE OF A PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATE1
AT 7506 JEREZ COURT.
APPLICANT: 367 JEREZ COMPANY CASE NO: v-345
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propel
wit:
Lot 367 of La Costa South, Unit No. 5, according t
Map 6600 filed March 10, 1970.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to t
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a I
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 26th (
January, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescl
~ law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pel
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto]
relating to the Variance: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plan!
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heal Commission DENIES V-345, based on the following findin!
Findings:
1) That there are no exceptional or extraordinary circumsi conditions applicable to the property that do not appl;
generally to other property in the same vicinity and z(
