PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2076
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING
TITLE 21, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, BY THE
ADDITION OF CHAPTER 21.80 PROVIDING FOR REVIEW
TENT WITH THE CERTIFIED AGUA HEDIONDA LAND USE PLAN OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

7 WHEREAS, On September 10, 1982, the Commission or
8 executive director acknowledged that the Agua Hedionda Lanc
9 Plan was certified as submitted, a copy of which is on fill
lo the City Clerk and is incorporated by this reference;
11 WHEREAS, On January 26, 1983, the Planning Commis;

Commission on August 27, 1982, approving the Agua Hedionda l3
acknowledged the actions taken by the California Coastal
Use Plan as resubmitted by the City of Carlsbad; and
15 WHEREAS, ordinances implementing the Land Use Pla
l6 being prepared as part of the City's local coastal program
l" completion will supersede these procedures: and
18 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 26th
I' January, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as presc
2o law to consider said request; and
21 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
22 considering all testimony and arguments, if anyI of all pe
23 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto
24 relating to the Zone Code Amendment.

27 A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plan
