A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FINDING GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FOR A COORDINATED PROGRAM OF PROPOSED PUBLIC WORKS,
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: PCD/GPC-14
1983-84 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)
WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 65401 provides for 1
