A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMNISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-7500 TO RDM-Q
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF CHINQUAPIN AVENUE AND INTERSTATE 5.

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes i3 request as
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 13th dal
April, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribec
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
considering all testimony and arguments', if any, of all persc
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the Zone Change; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannir
Commission as follows:
24 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
25 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearir
