I1 0 * ” , - II .- * 1 2 3 4 5 6 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2106 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 82-3) FOR A PROJECT INCLUDING ANNEXATION, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND PREANNEXATIONAL ZONING ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN TWO SEPARATE AREAS CONTIGUOUS TO CARLSBAD SOUTHERN AND EASTERN BOUNDARIES. APPLICANT: WOOLLEY PROPERTIES CASE NO: EIR 82-3 7 WHEREAS, on April 13, 1983 the Planning Commission o a City of Carlsbad, held a public hearing on EIR 82-3 pursuant provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 9 10 11 12 13 14 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the comments and documents of all those persons testifying at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR 82 according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Mun 15 I! code; 16 17 18 19 12) That the Environmental Impact Report (EIR 82-3) will be a to include the comments and documents of those testifying 20 the public hearing and responses thereto hereby found to good faith and reason by incorporating a copy of the minu 21 said public hearings into the report.
