A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO E-1-A TO R-1-10,000 AND FROM COUNTY OF
SAN DIEGO E-I-A TO P-M ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL
APPROXIMATELY 7,500 FEET NORTH OF THE INTER-
SECTION OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL. APPLICANT: IVAR CASE NO: ZC-270

16 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 13th dal

25 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
26 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearir Commission recommends approval of ZC-270, based on the
27 following findings and subject to the following conditio1
