Conditions: Land Use Planning 'Office 1) Development of the site shall occur as shown on Exhibit dated April 27, 1983, except for minor modifications wh be approved by the City Engineer. i 2) All previous conditions of PDP-1(A)', City Council Resol No. 1962, shall remain in effect and be complied with i entirety.
