A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN INCREASE IN DENS A 14 UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT FROM 20 DU'S/ACRE TO 25
DU'S/ACRE ON A .54 ACRE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
