CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A MASTER PLAl
TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 300 URIT
APARTMENT PROJECT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATE1
ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HOSP WAY AND
EL CAMINO REAL.

The Master Plan Amendment will allow this property to dev in accordance to its General Plan designation for the rea stated in the staff report.
The Master Plan Amendment will not adversely effect the
adjacent residential development in the area for the reas
stated in the staff report.
This project will not cause any significant environmental
impacts and a Negative Declaration has been issued by the Use Planning Manager on May 20, 1983, and approved by the
Planning Commission on June 8, 1983.
