A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-3) TO RESIDENTIAL DENSITY HIGH (RD-H) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HARDING STREET AND OAK AVENUE.
