PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2141
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CLAIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT EIR 82-6 FOR THE WIDENIT EXTENSION OF POINSETTIA LANE WESTWARD FROM INTERSTA: CARLSBAD BOULEVARD. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

WHEREAS, on June 22, 1983, the Planning Commission, 7

City of Carlsbad, held public hearing on EIR 82-6 pursuant tc
llprovisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 9
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the
comments and documents of all those pesons testifying at the
hearing; and

13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR 8;
/laccording to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Mu1 14 Code; 15
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Comm:

the City of Carlsbad as follows:
That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
That the Environmental Impact Report EIR 82-6 will be ai to include the comments and documents of those testifyi~ the public hearing and responses thereto hereby found tc good faith and reason by incorporating a copy of the mir
of siad public haerings into the report.
That the Planning Commission finds and determines that t Environmental Impact Report EIR 82-6 has been completed conformance with the California Environmental Quality Ac state guidelines implementing said Act, and the provisic
Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and that the P1z
Commission has reviewed, considered and evaluated the information contained in the report.
That the Environmental Impact Report EIR 82-6 as so ameI and evaluated, is recommended for acceptance and certif: as the final Environmental Impact Report and that the f: Environmental Impact Report as recommended is adequate i provides reasonable information on the project and all
