A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NINE
LOT/EIGHT UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF
PARK DRIVE AND ADAMS STREET.

The developer shall obtain a grading permit prior to the commencement of any clearing or grading of the site.
