APPLICANT: MACDOUGALL CASE NO: CT 82-21(Al/PUD-45(A) . -r .. 's. 20) All private driveways shall have a minimum paved width ( feet. 21) All lots shall be developed per the standards oE the R-' 15,000 zone. 22) Prior to occupancy of any additional units, the applicar shall construct a directory sign at the entrance to this project. The design of this sign shall be approved by t Land Use Planning Manager and Fire Chief. 9 23) Any street lights provided on the private streets and driveways shall be shielded so that there is no direct c 10 onto adjoining properties. 11 24) The location of homes and the pad elevations for lots 3, 6 and 7 shall not deviate more than 10% from that shown 12 the approved site plan. 13 Engineering I1 14 15 25) 16 1'7 19 18 26) The developer shall obtain a grading permit prior to the commencement of any clearing or grading of the site. The grading for this project is defined as "controlled grading" by Section 11.06.170(a) of the Carlsbad MuniciF Code. In lieu of installatic subdivider may agree to install the improvements when required by the City Engineer, but no later than prior t occupancy of any new units within the subdivision. The agreement shall be secured as required by law.
