A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 72 UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT ON A 11.3 ACRE PARCEL PARTIALLY WITHIN THE FLOODPLAIN OVERLAY ZONE ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ALICANTE ROAD AND ZAMORA WAY.

WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as
provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 27th dal

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
