A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TWELVE LOT SUBDIVISION ON 96.4 ACRES ON PROPERTY

Prior to approval of the final map for Phase I the deve: shall execute a secured agreement in an amount to be determined by the City Engineer, for one of the followi:

a) If Rancho del Oro is approved as an arterial street pursuant to SP-185, the developer shall fully impro, Rancho del Oro Drive to secondary arterial standard Marron Road north to Highway 78 including freeway 0: off ramp improvements (public transportation funds utilized, if available).
