A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
INCREASE IN DENSITY FROM 20 DU'SIACRE TO 29.5
UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT ON A .78 ACRE PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
CHESTNUT AND WASHINGTON.
