A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
GENERAL PLAN FROM RMH (RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM
DENSITY, 10-20 DU/AC) TO RVH (RESIDENTIAL
VERY HIGH DENSTIY, 30-40 DU/AC) FOR -67 ACRE
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3334 HARDING
STREET ON THE EAST SIDE OF HARDING STREET
BETWEEN PINE AVENUE AND CHESTNUT AVENUE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to
General Plan designation for certain property located, as shc

herein, have been filed with the Planning Commission; and
Exhibit "X" , dated August 24, 1983, attached and incorporate(

for amendment as provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municil
Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 24th d,
1611August, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribc

desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the General Plan Amendment.

25 B) That in view of the findings made and considering the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannil
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
