APPLICANT: GARAPICH/NOGLE & PARTNERS CASE NO: ZC-282 7 8 wit: WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert] 9 10 Parcel B, in the City of Carlsbad, as shown on Page of Parcel Maps, filed in the Off ice of the County Recorder, April 15, 1971, 11 provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 14 13 Planning Commission; and 12 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thc WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as 15 11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 24th da] 16 law to consider said request; and 17 August, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribt 18 19 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persc 20 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors 21 relating to the Zone Change; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannii 23 Commission DENYS ZC-282, based on the following findings B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari: 25 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. 24 Commission as follows: 26 27 //// //// 28 I . PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting oj Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, helc the 24th day of August, 1983, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Chairman Schlehuber, Commissioners Rombotis NOES: None.
