A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A SITE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 83-7, TO ALLOW TWENTY TWO
APARTMENT UNITS ON -67 ACRES OF PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3334 HARDING STREET ON THE
EAST SIDE OF HARDING STREET BETWEEN PINE AVENUE
AND CHESTNUT AVENUE.
