A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 7-UNIT TENTATIVE '
MAP AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON ..
AT 170 WALNUT AVENUE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert:

has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to thi

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni
Commission as follows:
(A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
(B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hear
