A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
171 LOT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP AND 170 UNIT LA COSTA
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
NORTH SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF RANCHO SANTA FE R(
OLIVENHAIN ROAD.

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re
