APPLICANT: DAON CORPORATION CASE NO: CT 83-16/LCDP 83-1 7 11 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain propert 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 3.7 18 wit: A portion cf Section 2 Township 12 South, Range 4 W Bernardino Meridian and portions of Rancho Los Enci according to Map 848, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to th Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a re provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 24th d August, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrib law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and 19 11 considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all pers 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Tentative Tract Map and La Costa Development Permit.
