A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
PLANNING COMMISSION DETERMINATION TO INCREASE
FROM 10 DU'S/ACRE TO 19.5 DU'S/ACRE ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3515 ROOSEVELT STREET

The grading for this project is defined as "regular grad
by Section 11.06.170(a) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. developer shall submit a grading plan for approval which
include all required drainage structures and any require erosion control measures. The developer shall also subm soils, geologic or compaction reports if required and sh comply with all provisions of Chapter 11.06 of the Carls Municipal Code.
