A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING
TITLE 21 BY THE ADDITION OF, CHAPTER 21.27, TO
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, TO ESTABLISH THE
0-OFFICE ZONE

landscape and irrigation plan for the approval of the Land Us Planning .Manager. All approved improvements shall be install prior to occupancy of the building.

(9) Signs. A detailed sign program shall be submitted t
the Land Use Planning Manager for approval prior to occupancy
any new building or installation of any new signs. All signs proposed in the 0 zone shall comply with the following
regulations:
(A) Total maximum allowable area of all signs, including monument signs, shall not exceed one square foot per lineal foot of building frontage,
