A detailed sign program shall be submitted t the Land Use Planning Manager for approval prior to occupancy any new building or installation of any new signs. All signs proposed in the 0 zone shall comply with the following regulations: (A) Total maximum allowable area of all signs, including monument signs, shall not exceed one square foot per lineal foot of building frontage, .. (E) One- freestanding monument sign may be permittei for each lot. Said monument sign shall be no greater than si, feet in height or six feet in length, (including the base), w a maxirniam of two sign faces.
