A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION MODIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR SE
ACCESS ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAZ
CORNER OF POINSETTIA LANE AND AVENIDA ENCINAS
APPLICANT: JEWETT

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
wit: A portion of the east half of the northeast quarter of

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 14th da
September, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescr

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
