A P.ESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY C
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE
AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21 , CHAPTER 21 -4 1 , OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, BY THE ADDITION OF SUBSECTIC
21.41.074 TO ADD REQUIREMENTS REGARDING SERVICE STAT:
PRICE SIGNS APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

WHEREAS, the Planning Commisson did, on the 10th da.
August, 1983 and on the 28th day of September, 1983, hold a d
loticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public heari 18 Commission recommends APPROVAL of ZCA-167, according to
19 "A", dated August 10, 1983, attached hereto and made a p
hereof, based on the following findings:

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and
Iconsidering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persc
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the Zone Code Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planni:
Findings:

11 (a) In addition to signs permitted by this chapter, SE
12 stations shall have one sign advertising the price of gasoli
other motor fuel sold on the premises which meets the follon
13 requirements: (I) The sign shall display only the minimum inforn
14 required by Chapter 8.49 of this code and by Article 12 of C
15 commencing with Section 13530,

SECTIOW 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.41 of the Car
Municipal Code is amended by the addition of Section 21.41.0
read as follows:
21.41.074 Service Station Price Signs.
