A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF
GENERALLY INCLUDING: 1) A 140 UNIT TENTATIVE TRACT !
CONDOMINIUM PERMIT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF AGUl
HEDIONDA LAGOON BETWEEN 1-5 AND AT & SF RAILROAD,
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, EIR 83-3 r FOR A PROJEC’I
APPLICANT: WINDSONG SHORES

WHEREAS, on the 28th day of September, 1983, the P1;
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, held a public hearing on

83-3 pursuant to the provisions of Title 19 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the
commenks and documents of all those persons testifying at thl
public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received EIR 8.
according to the requirements of Title 19 of the Carlsbad Mu:
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Comm
of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitations are true and correct,
2. That the Environmental Impact Report, EIR 83-3, will be
to include the comments and documents of those testifyin
the public hearing and responses thereto hereby found to
good faith and reason by incorporating a copy of the min
said public hearings into the report.
3, That the Planning Commission finds and determines that t
Environmental Impact Report, EIR 83-3, has been complete
conformance with the California Environmental Quality Ac state guidelines implementing said Act, and the provisio
