CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
140 UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT IN THE AGUA HEDIONDA SPE
PLAN AREA ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH
OF AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON BETWEEN 1-5 AND THE AT & SF
RAILROAD.

conformance with the General Plan Land Use designati Residential Medium-High density.
b) The use of the site for a condominium project is in
conformance with the Agua Hedionda Specific Plan designation of Residential Medium-High density.
c) The project has been designed in accordance with the 7 policies of the Agua Hedionda Specific Plan,
