PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2194
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDINGDENIAL WITHOUT PRE
OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-A-10,000 TO RDM(Q) ON 8.8 AC
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER C
CAMINO REAL AND THE FUTURE ALIGNMENT OF ELM AVENUE,
APPLICANT: ALANDA
CASE NO: ZC-276
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property
to wit:
That portion of Lot "J" of the Rancho Agua
Hedionda in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, according to Map 823, filed November, 1896.,
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as g
by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 12th day
,October, 1983, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrih
law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and

25 hearing, the Comnission recommends DENIAL without prejudi
considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persc
desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors
relating to the Zone Change; and -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY IRESOLVED by the Plannin
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public
ZC-276.
